Nous sommes en famille, 3 couples dont 1 avec 3 enfants (9 ans, 4 ans, 9 mois)Maison très bien équipée, propriétaire très accueillant et conciliant, toutes nos demandes ont été satisfaites. mais la maison est loin de tout. Il faut systématiquement prendre la voiture pour la moindre Achat.L’accessibilité à la maison est contraignante.

Casa del Rio is a wonderful villa, set by the river. Swimming pool and outside space are great! Would recommend!!

The outside of the property is amazing the pool, outside kitchen and views of the mountains are fantastic. The property was very clean and well maintained. Pet friendly very secure and fully enclosed so we could relax without worrying about the dogs.

La maison est vraiment top, l'hôte est vraiment très sympa et agréable, très respectueux et serviable. La maison est propre et très bien équipé (lave vaiselle, machine, grille pain, presse orange, clim dans toutes les pièces, barbecue...) environnement très dépaysant mais loin de toutes commodités à pied la voiture est indispensable. Mais cela permet d'avoir du calme et de l'intimité au quotidien. Séjour parfait pour nous

Sehr schöne Unterkunft an Top-Lage mit wundervoller Aussicht auf die Berge ! Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Pedro und Rosa waren sehr bemüht, uns einen angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Dies ist Ihnen sehr gut gelungen. Herzlichen Dank an das sehr sympatische Gastgeber-Ehepaar. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Dat alles met zoveel liefde verzorgd is. En het ontvangst van de eigenaren, super fijne mensen. Kwamen zelfs citroenen brengen die ze geplukt hadden. En douchekop direct vervangen die wat lekte. De plek voelt fijn en omringt door mooie natuur en bergen, erg rustig, vooral s’nachts ook.

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica. Pedro y su mujer muy amables y dispuestos. La casa es tal como se muestra en el anuncio. Un lugar muy tranquilo al que volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Excelente ubicación si lo que buscas es tranquilidad y desconexión. La casa en líneas generales está muy bien. Destacaría la zona del porche, la bbq y la piscina. La cocina completa aunque hay ciertos aparatos que necesitan una renovación (lavadora, tostador, batidora). Algo que hemos echado muy en falta y que consideramos fundamental para una casa de estas características es lavavajillas. Los dueños muy agradables y atentos.

Zonas comunes bien, un poco escaso el menaje, pero en general bien.

Very comfortable house, decorated in an Andalusian, rustic style, well-equipped, child-protected swimming pool, comfortable patio. I recommend for families with children. We were in two families with four children, Very pleasant and helpful owners, although not speaking English is making every effort to communicate. Quiet environment, the town is not touristy, which was an advantage for us. Beautiful views from the terrace. A good starting point for exploring Andalusia. I would recommend!

“Had a great holiday in this beautiful, compact but complete home. Pool was a little cool in October but nonetheless lovely. Kitchen has everything you need and shower water is wonderfully warm. Nice big terrace and fantastic rural location. Alhaurín El Grande has every conceivable facility. From this location to discover the beautiful Andalusian nature and not far from the beautiful cities, Ronda, Granada and Málaga. In short, a must. Furthermore, very friendly welcome from owner Pedro. ”

A lovely holiday home with a lovely covered terrace, nice pool, many cozy nooks. Sweet, kind and welcoming owner. We will definitely return.

We have often vacationed in Andalusia on a finca. This year it's time to go to Alhaurín El Grande Casa del Rio. We were completely satisfied, beautiful finca in the style of a farmhouse, which we love very much. Great large covered terrace and a super large pool and outside space. Fantastic view of the mountains and the sound of the stream allowed pure relaxation. Everything was super clean and tidy.

Just returned from a 9 day stay. The house is just lovely, set in a very rural, quiet location. Not a sound, except from the river below. House is immaculately clean, with good facilities & a stunning, outside area with BBQ & lots of space. Overall, we were really happy with our choice, only downside is you NEED a car. There is no possibility of walking to anywhere, although Alhaurin is close by, the road leading down to the house, is far too steep to attempt walking. I have been visiting Alhaurin for years & the town is vibrant & busy, lots of excellent restaurants to choose from & a good market on Thursdays. Excellent location for visiting local attractions, like Mijas, Coin, La Cala, Marbella & Puerto Banus.

L'habitation est située au calme en retrait par rapport au village tour en restant accessible sans trop de voiture. Comptez 30 minutes pour rejoindre une plage au mois d'août.
La piscine est très belle, les extérieurs sont très bien aménagés. L'intérieur est fonctionnel, la literie est bonne.
L'accueil était parfait, que ce soit à l'agence où nous nous sommes rendus. Le français y est parfaitement parlé. La caution peut-être réglée sur place par CB puis remboursée 48h après notre départ. Pedro et son épouse sont très à l'écoute et très agréables. Au final nous avons passé un bon séjour et recommandons cette location

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Casa del Rio. The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures on the website and did not disappoint in any way. The house is compact but perfectly adequate for a medium size family and is comfortably furnished throughout and spotlessly clean. One of the main attractions for us was the pool and I have to say this exceeded our expectations in every way. It is large, beautifully situated and immaculately maintained, with plenty of loungers and space to sit. There is also a really nice patio area outside the house with a large table for enjoying meals outside. The kitchen is quite compact and doesn't have an oven (only an electric hob), but we didn't find this a problem as there's a large built-in barbecue outside which is more fun than cooking indoors. The only other emission is a washing machine, but this is not really an issue unless you are going to stay for more than a week. Pedro, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful and although he doesn't speak any English we were able to communicate without too much difficulty. The booking is also managed by the agent Cubo Holiday Homes which is located in the nearby town and there are people there who speak English and are available to help with anything. The villa is situated on the outskirts of the local town in quite a rural setting and although there are other properties nearby, the setting is very quiet and private. We were a little concerned that previous reviews suggested it was quite hard get to and access was rather restricted, but this is not really the case. It is true that the town is not in easy walking distance and the property is located towards the bottom of a valley and accessed via quite a steep bumpy road, however, none of this is a problem if you have a car. We really enjoyed the privacy and peace and quiet and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a similar experience.”

Dom bardzo wygodny,urządzony w andaluzyjskim, rustykalny stylu, świetnie wyposażony ,basen zabezpieczony przed dziećmi, wygodne patio.Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi.Byliśmy w dwie rodziny z czwórką dzieci , Bardzo przyjemni i pomocni właściciele, choć nie mówiący po angielsku to dokładający wszelkich starań by się porozumieć.Otoczenie spokojne, miejscowość nie ma charakteru turystycznego, co dla nas było zaletą.Piękne widoki z tarasu.Dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania Andaluzji.Polecam!

The quiet, rural setting of the house is wonderful. There are only a few houses in direct view, but most of what you see (and hear) is nature. The wind rushing through the leaves, the sound of water flowing down on various places around the house, it's very relaxing! Even though we visited the house in early May, the pool was available, very clean and the kids loved it (oh, and yes, temperature was above 25 degrees :)).
The house has 1 shower/bathroom. The other bathroom/shower is next to the swimming pool, but given the smooth climate it's OK to walk from the house to the outside bathroom late at nightearly morning.

The out door facilities, the calm and country like nature, so beautiful, the cosy house... We were 2 families and relaxed so much. Loved the small walks round in the walleys, the camino path. We enjoied all our meals outside, was outside most of the time, so calm and refreshing and beautiful view. ,We loved the central placement. We had many day trips in the car, to see culture and explore the wonderfull nature.

Nos ha encantado pasar allí unos días, rodeados de naturaleza. En un lugar muy tranquilo. Por la mañana es una gozada desayunar en el porche, escuchando el río y los pájaros cantar.

La Casa del Rio is the perfect choice if you have a car or you like walking around in the middle of a height difference. The house itself is located in a valley whose sound landscape includes bird song, wind rush in the trees press and water solina. An excellent place to do creative work in a peaceful and natural environment.

The house master Pedro and his wife helped when needed. A small problem with electricity was quickly solved by Pedro.

La location est situé dans un cadre idéale proche d'Alhaurin et de ses commerces ,pas trop éloigné du bord de mer, de jolie visite à découvrir aux alentours.La maison est très propre et nous avons été très bien reçu.La terrasse est super, bien à l'ombre pour profiter du barbecue et la piscine au top. Calme détente de vrai vacances

Wir haben schon öfter in Andalusien auf einer Finca Urlaub gemacht. In diesem Jahr hat es nun mal nach Alhaurín El Grande auf die Casa del Rio verschlagen.Wir waren rundum zufrieden, schöne Finca im Stil eines Bauernhauses, was wir sehr lieben. Tolle große überdachte Terrasse und ein super großer Pool rundeten den Außenberieich ab.Traumhafter Blick in die Berge und das Rauschen des Baches ließen Entspannung pur zu. Alles super sauber und ordentlich.Leider habe ich überlesen, dass es keine Spülmaschine gibt, also Handarbeit....... Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, eine Sonnensegel o.ä. im Poolbereich, denn da knallt die Sonne schon ordentlich

This small finca was very nice and Pedro seamed nice too even though it was difficult to communicate as he doesn’t speak any English. The pool is very nice.

The house is lovely and the owner nice and accommodating - he doesn´t speak english but we managed anyway. We felt very welcome.
Everything was super clean. The furniture (especially the outside furniture) was perfect and the sorroundings the same.
Beautiful spot for the morning coffee.
You really can feel that the owners has put a lot of caring for and love in their house.
We liked everything about the house and will for sure be back!
(You need a car with engine enough to master steep roads to get to the house and the access road to the house is narrow and without possibillity of turning the car so you have to drive backwards for 50m to get out.)

Huset er dejligt. Det er dog en smule vanskeligt tilgængeligt - man skal ikke have en bil med for ringe motorkraft, da vejene til huset er meget stejle og selve tilkørselsvejen er smal og (da vi var der) mudret. Der er ingen mulighed for at vende bilen, når man forlader huset, så der skal bakkes et pænt stykke med skrænt ned mod floden til højre. Ejeren af huset taler kun spansk, men er utroligt hjælpsom, så det gik fint at kommunikere. Vi havde en dejlig uge - huset ligger perfekt for ture i Andalusien. Huset var super rent og der var alt i håndklæder, viskestykker, samt sæbe. Køkkenet en smule sparsomt indrettet, men alt fungerer tilfredsstillende.
